A short has no room to recover from a slow start, so every element has to earn its place: concept, logline, premise, plot, pacing, tone, dialogue, point of view, style, scene design. We look at all of it, and at whether the ending pays off what the opening promised.
Scripts up to 20 pages get two pages or more of written feedback and a scorecard. Over 20 pages, extra pages are available through Extras.

Documents over the maximum length are still read, for a fee. Producers don't like reading bloated documents, and neither does the market.
If the report does not give you at least three fixes you can act on, tell me within fourteen days and I will do a second pass at no charge.
